With Dykeman since 1997, Tim is a visionary and inspirational leader who brings innovative, dynamic energy to every project. As a gifted facilitator, he fosters creative excellence with an invigorating and engaging team approach. He listens astutely to the unique needs of each client, helping them get to the other side of complicated projects. Lending his expertise to projects that are valuable to the community, Tim ensures that the Dykeman team consistently provides the highest level of customer service.

 

Tim has extensive experience leading complex project evaluations and championing integrated, sustainable design solutions. His expertise includes a wide range of retail, commercial, public and housing projects with emphasis in the design and construction of educational facilities. Passionate about his work on school projects, Tim enjoys finding innovative design solutions that will support the needs of teachers and students for decades to come. In addition to his position at Dykeman, Tim is involved in many industry and community groups including; A4LE, AIA, Housing Hope, HopeWorks, and the Education Foundations for Everett, Lake Stevens, Bellingham, Mukilteo, Snohomish and Northshore School Districts.

 

When he is not working, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, who are now young adults. Tim enjoys paddle boarding, cross country skiing, trail running, hiking, cooking amazing meals and experiences for friends, family and co-workers, and seeking out architectural and cultural experiences and destinations.
