Completed in Fall 2019, Tambark Creek Elementary was designed to accommodate approximately 550 K-5 students.

The two-story, 78,000 square foot facility which includes classrooms, an administrative office, library, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, and covered play area. Outdoor amenities include parking and playfields.
The school’s site is located on 180th Street SE, between 46th Ave SE and Sunset Road in Bothell, at the south end of the Everett Public School District. The elementary school is situated on the western portion of the site, while the eastern portion will remain undeveloped until a later date when the District may develop it for a future high school and associated athletic facilities.
