HopeWorks Station

With a goal of providing a combined social and environmental impact, this project expands on Housing Hope’s core delivery of services by providing housing and onsite employment opportunities for Housing Hope tenants in a building which prioritizes energy efficiency.

Completed in October 2019, HopeWorks Station is a development located near the Everett’s Regional Transit Center. This project provides 65 affordable housing units, car and bicycle parking areas, a community gathering space, a culinary training program, and other features which will help community members establish stable homes and career pathways. 


In 2022, HopeWorks Station was one of ten developments from across North America selected as winners of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) 2022 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence, receiving recognition in the Low-Carbon Development category. One of the real estate industry’s most prestigious award programs, the Award for Excellence is the centerpiece of Urban Land Institute’s efforts to identify and promote best practices in all types of real estate development.
