HopeWorks Station North – ULI Americas Awards for Excellence Winner

HopeWorks Station, a project which was the result of a collaboration between Dykeman and GGLO, has been a shining example of the possibilities of sustainable development ever since it officially opened in October 2019.


Part of the International Living Future Institute’s (ILFI) Living Building Challenge Petal Pilot Program for Affordable Housing, HopeWorks Station is also the first building in Everett to achieve LEED®️ Platinum certification. Earlier in 2022, this project was honored with an Award for Excellence by ULI Americas, with a focus in Low-Carbon Development.


Ten developments from across North America have been selected as winners of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) 2022 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence. Two additional projects from the United States received special mentions.
